Due to the expansion of our team, we are hiring a Senior Sales Executive. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new deals from inbound and outbound warm leads.

You come with:

— English level — Advanced C1-C2.

— 4+ years of experience in IT sales specifically closing deals and/or managing teams.

— Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

— Good presentation, analytical, and researching skills.

— The result-oriented person with a high level of self-organization.

— Self-motivated to generate and exploit new opportunities.

— Ability to plan your own work and work independently.

— Experience in successfully working with mid-size and big enterprises.

Responsibilities:

— Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

— Working with leads from inbound and outbound marketing.

— Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

— Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

— Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

— Gathering the initial requirements from the customers.

— Working with RFPs.

— Working with the CRM system.

— Preparing monthly reports.

— Working with C-level to plan and execute sales quotas.

— Flexible schedule. The working day should start between 10:00 am - 12:00pm.

— Vacation. 10 working days of vacation per year + about 7 days for the winter holidays + about 7 days for the May holidays.
